Welcome to the New Look web site of North Middlesex referees Society

The new site is still under construction, and not all pages have yet been transferred from the old site to the new, so if you are looking for something that you cannot find, please go to the NMRS Old Website.

The next meeting is on Thursday March 16th at our usual venue where we will be pleased to welcome Select Group Referee, Mike Jones. Mike began refereing in the Football League in 1997 and was promoted to the Select Group in 2008. His first game in the Football League was Mansfield Town v Hull City, and his first in the Premier League was Hull City v Wigan Athletic. Mike has officiated at Wembley, and has also been involved in some bizarre incidents, notably the 'beach ball' goal scored by Darren Bent for Sunderland against Liverpool in 2009, and in the 2013 Premier League match between Norwich City and Cardiff City he disallowed a 'goal' scored by Norwich City after the ball had been put out of play by the Cardiff goalkeeper for Norwich's Alexander Tettey to receive treatment.

We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible to make this a great meeting. Please feel free to invite guests along to the evening.

The February Normidian is available here.
